Most clubs juggle a website builder, sign-up forms, a payments app, group chats, a spreadsheet of teams and a key to the court. CourtPass replaces the lot.
Your club website
Pick a theme or a homepage template in Site Studio. Camps, classes and tryouts list themselves on your site (90 days ahead by default), each with its own QR code, and your team store opens in a drawer without leaving the page.
One Club inbox
Registration, interest and contact popups on your site. Every enquiry and sign-up lands in one inbox, where you add, waitlist or decline each child and send a pay link.
Registrations
Term classes, camps, tryouts and tournaments. Families register several children in one go, tournaments take team entries and run the draw, and deposits, invoices and refunds are built in.
Payments to your account
Card payments through Stripe Connect with your club as merchant of record, plus PayTo and bank transfer. The money lands in your account, not ours.
Teams, families and coaches
Rosters, coaches, jersey numbers and win-loss records, with a family hub for parents. Game draws sync from Basketball Connect, so fixtures update themselves.
Messages that reach everyone
Announcements, team chats and notices over the app, email, SMS and WhatsApp. Consent is kept per channel, and you can see who has acknowledged a notice.
Court hire with door PINs
Customers book and pay for a court, and get a door PIN that works only around their slot. Add an optional photo-ID check before someone’s first hire.
Books that match the bank
Accounting exports for Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks that itemise every fee and payout, so the numbers reconcile instead of being keyed in by hand.
