These Terms of Service govern your use of CourtPass to book and access sporting facilities. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms. CourtPass provides the booking and access platform; the facility operator is responsible for the facility itself.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service; if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.
Bookings and access
- A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed (or immediately, for eligible members on no-cost sessions).
- Each confirmed booking issues an access PIN valid for a window around your session time. Do not share your PIN; it is tied to your booking.
- You must comply with the facility operator’s rules and any posted safety or CCTV signage while on-site.
Payments
Prices are shown at the time of booking and charged through our payment providers. Members may receive discounted pricing while their membership is active. Membership fees recur according to the plan you select until cancelled.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and any associated refund are governed by the facility operator’s cancellation policy, shown to you when you cancel a booking. Refund amounts are determined by that policy and the timing of your cancellation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to facilities or other users’ data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and our liability is limited accordingly. The facility operator remains responsible for the condition and operation of its premises.
